Our Story

Meet Victor

Victor is a 17-year-old Hillsborough local with a big dream and a deep love for empanadas. What started as weekend cooking experiments in the family kitchen turned into something delicious.

Every empanada is handmade from scratch in our pantry-safe kitchen right here in Hillsborough, NJ — the same kitchen where Victor learned to cook from family recipes passed down through generations.

Victor's Empanadas was created to save for college while sharing that love of good food with the neighborhood. No shortcuts, no freezers, no mass production — just fresh, honest empanadas made by a kid who cares.
